REAL LOCAL HONEY

For us, local means right here at home. Based just outside Chapel Hill and Carrboro, with partner hives and bee yards from Saxapahaw to Durham, you've likely seen Bee Wise Hives' bees foraging for nectar in your neighborhood.  Honey from your own backyard... it doesn't get more local than that.

Bee Wise Hives is a participant in the NC State Beekeeping Association's Certified Honey Producer program.  This means that when you purchase our honey, you can rest assured that you're receiving a genuinely produced and honestly labelled North Carolina product.

Our bees produce a limited amount of unique, small-batch honey every year. The resulting honey can vary in color, aroma and taste depending on available forage near the colony.
